Per your request, Trademarks, Etc. will prepare the trademark registration documents on your behalf within 2 days. This will entail your trademark application page, your drawing page, and samples of your specimens (if the application is based on a "use of the mark in commerce"). We will electronically forward the trademark application onto you for your review, approval, and "e-signature." The application will then be electronically submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with their fee requirement of $275.

If you need an "intent to use" trademark application, meaning that the Mark is not in use yet, the PTO will require a "statement of use" form if they approve the application for registration. An additional filing fee of $100 must accompany the "statement of use" form. The PTO will notify you of this approximately 8-9 months after filing.

The cost is $149 + the $275 U.S. Patent and Trademark Office fee.
