As soon as you have your name, logo or slogan created, you should start the process to trademark it. Filing an application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) sets the process in motion and will protect you if someone files the same name after you. Whoever files first is awarded the mark and even if the process isn’t yet complete, you are protected at the time the application is filed.

We can perform a trademark search and provide the results within 2 days. The rest of the process can be lengthy while the USPTO examines your application, but if you are granted the trademark you will be protected retroactively to the time you filed your trademark application.
